Your teacher

Meet Ani.

Owner of Flower Flour — and the hands behind 25 years of celebration cakes. Her love for sweets started with her mother’s birthday cakes, each decorated with the family’s characters in mind.

Today she brings that same care into the classroom: accurate technique, creative finishes, and the joy of making something beautiful together.
